Candle Safety

Remove all ribbons, twine and decorative packaging before lighting. Place the candle upright on a stable, heat-resistant dish or tray large enough to catch melting wax. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable objects.

Care & Burning

Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. For container candles, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. Sculptural and free-standing candles may drip as they burn. Extinguish if the flame becomes too high and stop burning when approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the base.

Materials

Hand-poured using vegan, non-toxic natural soy wax and cotton wicks. Fragrance, colour and hand-painted details, where applicable, are listed in the individual product description.

Handcrafted in London

Every candle is individually hand-poured and finished in small batches in our London studio. Subtle variations in colour, texture, weight and finish are natural signs of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

I ordered 2 swirl pillar candles to decorate my newly built media wall. When they arrived, I noticed they were significantly smaller than described on the website. When I contacted Warm Warren London,they immediately resolved the issue. They told me due to a recent update on their website, there was a mix up and they not only offered to give me a full refund while allowing me to keep the candles, they also dispatched the candles I originally wanted which was more expensive. Their service was absolute 5 star and their candles, they smell amazing and look absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to order again. Thank you so much
