Refund policy

At Warm Warren London, each candle is thoughtfully handmade using natural plant-based waxes and cotton wicks. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please read our policy below.


Returns

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns on used or burned candles

• We do not accept returns for a change of mind

However, we are happy to assist if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• Your order is faulty

• You received the wrong item


 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:  📧 info@warmwarren.com


Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund, depending on the situation

 


 

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

 



Safety Notice

Our candles are made from natural waxes and fragrances. Slight variations in colour, texture, or scent strength are normal and part of the handmade process. These variations are not considered faults.

 



EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@warmwarren.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Conformity of Goods: Under EU law, we are liable for any lack of conformity of goods for a period of 2 years from delivery.

This right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications, clearly personalised, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
