Refund policy

At Warm Warren London, every candle is carefully handmade in small batches using premium waxes and thoughtfully selected materials. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Handmade Products

As all Warm Warren candles are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, scent strength, and appearance are part of the natural crafting process and make each piece unique.

These variations are not considered faults and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer either:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, any applicable return shipping costs will be covered by Warm Warren London.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Used or burned candles
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an EU country, you may cancel or return eligible (non-personalised) items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

This right does not apply to personalised, made-to-order, or custom products.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
